Liquid Yoga

Justin Dalton works with gentle 'liquid' yoga to release both tension and effort and open to a more spacious, responsive relationship with the body.

 

Through cultivating a breath-sensitive embodied stillness, we can refine and deepen a sensitivity to the more subtle interior connections enlivening the soft centre of the fluid body and find a deep restorative calm.
