Lisa Beasley is on a mission to stop women dieting and learn to love themselves! She knows what it feels like to be constantly worrying about one's size and shape and feeling out of control around particular foods.
Lisa runs Mindful Eating group workshops and offers one to one coaching to help people break free from yo-yo dieting, dieting and overeating and learn to trust their bodies by Eating Mindfully. This is a transformational programme that really works. No diet sheets needed, no 'healthy eating plan', just learning to listen to your body and what it needs.
